Mommy Time!
When I was younger and I needed some me time, I'd simply get in my car and just drive. It was easy in a small town to drive for a few minutes and find a peaceful place to relax. While I love Charleston, it's just not that easy to find a place without the hustle and bustle. I was so pleased when I took a drive a few days ago (all alone!!) and found peace and quiet. A few minutes up highway 17 and a few wrong turns led me to a beautiful location on the sound. For 20 whole minutes (in mommy time, that is A LOT!), I got to relax and just have me time. The pictures don't really do justice to how lovely this place was, but I hope you enjoy them anyway.

You are an amazing photographer! I wish we were closer so you could do our family portrait! So glad you had some mommy time and yes 20 minutes seems like an eternity!
